04 — Automation and AI

Get the hours back.Let the system handle the routines.

The system does the repetitive work. You only weigh in on what's different.

01 — Before and after

From manual work to exceptions

Invoices

TodaySupplier invoices are typed into the accounting system one by one.

AutomatedInvoices are read automatically. You only see the ones that don't match.

Data

TodayOrders and figures are copied from one system to another by hand.

AutomatedSystems talk to each other, and errors are caught before they spread.

Inbox

TodayEmails and forms need sorting before anyone can get started.

AutomatedEnquiries are routed to the right person, with a draft reply ready.

02 — What we automate

Four kinds of routines we take on

Systems that talk to each other

Webshop, inventory, accounting and the customer register stay up to date without double entry.

Scheduled runs

Reports, reminders and checks run on their own — every night, every hour or every Monday.

Documents read automatically

Invoices, delivery notes and forms are read, and the fields land in the right place.

AI on your own material

An assistant that answers based on your own cases, quotes and meeting notes — with a source.

04 — The process

One routine at a time

We start small and measurable — not with a big AI project.

  • No blind runs
  • Full logging
  • A manual way around
  • Notified on deviations
  1. 1

    We measure the task today

How many times, how long, and how often does it go wrong? That tells us what's worth automating.

  2. 2

    We start with one routine

The most repetitive task first. It has to work in everyday use before we move on.

  3. 3

    A person approves at first

The system suggests, you approve. It only runs on its own once the results hold up.

  4. 4

    We monitor and build further

Everything is logged, and deviations trigger a notice. The next routine is taken on once the first is running.

What people ask us

Something not covered here? Call +45 71 99 22 66.

What happens if the automation gets something wrong?

Anything the system is unsure about lands with a person instead of running on. Everything is logged, so you can always see what happened, and there's always a manual way around.

When does AI make sense — and when doesn't it?

AI is used when something needs to be read or understood: an invoice, an email, a document. Fixed rules and moving data are handled with regular integration, because it's more reliable and cheaper.

What about our data and GDPR?

Data is only processed for the purpose the solution is built for, and access is controlled per user. We go through together which information is involved before anything goes live.

How small can the first step be?

One routine. Many start with the task that takes up the most time in the calendar each week and build on from there once it's running.
